The Customer Experience Innovation Retail Competition is Canada’s first enterprise-driven technology startup competition for the retail sector. Compass Group Canada and Mercedes-Benz Canada - supported by TWG - have created the competition to support the best emerging Canadian technology startup companies who focus on finding better ways to improve the customer experience in the automotive and food retail sphere. 

Eligible startups must be less than five years old and will aim to propose a unique product, process or service that will enhance one or several parts of Compass Group or Mercedes-Benz Canada’s customer retail journey.
Online applications are due by February 14, 2016, at 11:59pm.  

A maximum of 10 companies will be selected to present at the CX Innovation Pitch Event, on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, in Toronto.
